Can I see my design before it is printed?
Yes. The preview updates as you type, and our studio sends a digital proof by WhatsApp or email before anything is printed.
How do I pay?
By UPI, with any UPI app. On your phone, tap Pay with UPI app and the amount is filled in for you. On a laptop, scan the QR code. Companies can also pay by invoice.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-made kits dispatch within 48 hours. Personalised items take 3–5 working days, and corporate orders usually 7–10 working days after you approve the mock-up.
Can I cancel or return an order?
You can cancel for a full refund from your order page until we start printing. Personalised items can't be returned if you change your mind, but if anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, we replace or refund it. Just tell us within 48 hours. See Returns and refunds.
How much is delivery?
₹99 per order, and free on orders of ₹1,999 or more. We deliver within Bengaluru for now. Delivery across India is coming soon. See Shipping and delivery.
Can I mix items from different categories?
Yes. Use Build a box: choose a Classic, Grand or Signature box and fill it with up to 8 items from any category.
What file should I upload for a logo?
A transparent PNG or an SVG gives the cleanest print. A JPG works too; we tidy it up and send a proof.
Can companies pay by invoice?
Yes. Corporate orders can pay by invoice with 15-day terms, and can be delivered to one office or to each employee's home.
What is the minimum for a corporate quote?
25 kits. For smaller orders, buy kits or build a box online.
